Rates and Policies
- Galena Chalet - (sleeps 1 - 6, two bedroom, queen size sofa sleeper, two baths) Maximum occupancy strictly enforced without prior approval.
- Warnick Chalet - (sleeps 1 - 6, two bedroom, queen size sofa sleeper, two baths) Maximum occupancy strictly enforced without prior approval.
- $229.00/night (NO additional charge for cleaning) - 10% Discount on 5 or more nights (not valid Christmas week).
- Rates are in U.S. Funds and are subject to WA State Sales Tax.
- A two night minimum rental is required.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Cash, Certified Check accepted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. or special arrangements can be made to accommodate other arrival times. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m.
- This is a non smoking home. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
- Fees may be assessed in the event of excessive cleaning or damage.
- Sorry, pets are not allowed.
- This is a self catered vacation home.
- One night's deposit is required upon booking with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations affect us significantly, so we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $35.00 service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, one night's deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the chalet in which case the $35.00 service charge will apply.
- There are no refunds for shortened stays.
