- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. or special
arrangements can be made to accommodate other arrival times.

- This is a non smoking home. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be
charged if this policy is violated.

- Fees may be assessed in the event of excessive cleaning or damage.

- Sorry, pets are not allowed.

- This is a self catered vacation home.

- One night's deposit is required upon booking with the remaining
balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

- Cancellations affect us significantly, so we must adhere to a strict
cancellation policy. If cancellation is received a minimum of 14
days prior to arrival, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a
$35.00 service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your
arrival, one night's deposit will be forfeited
unless we can re-rent the chalet in which case the $35.00 service
charge will apply.
