Ken and Jill Peck established Dakota Creek Winery with the goal of producing affordable artisan wines for distribution in western Washington. The winery specializes in producing limited quantities of premium wines made with hand picked grapes from premier vineyards in the Yakima Valley, Wahluke Slope, Rattlesnake Hills and Columbia Valley appellations of eastern Washington. Current production includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Viognier, a very special charity blend called Firefighter Red and the associate winemaker's own production called Jill's Blend.

Glacial Lake Missoula is a garagistes winery singularly devoted to making a powerful, Bordeaux-style Cabernet Sauvignon blend; "Deluge". Our winemaking philosophy is to maximize extraction in the initial stages of fermentation. We preserve the fruit flavors and aromas by maintaining low pH levels at all stages, utilizing inert gas and aging the wine for 24 months in new French oak barrels. The result is a massive, fruit forward wine with ample fruit, tannins and tangy oak perfume - a wine with an opulent mouth feel and real cellaring potential.
